Domains & connections
Everything ShopEazy connects to
A quick map of the outside services your store can link to, like payment providers, couriers, your own domain and Google, and where to set up each one.
ShopEazy connects to a small number of outside services, and each one uses an account that belongs to you. You pay the provider or courier directly. ShopEazy never sits in the middle of your money or your delivery bill.
There's no app store and no CRM connector. Everything you can connect today is listed below.
Payment providers
Connect iKhokha, Yoco or Peach Payments so customers can pay by card on your storefront. You paste your own keys from the provider, and customers pay straight into your merchant account.
Go to Settings → Payments. The full steps are in Connect a payment provider.
You don't have to connect a provider to get paid. On the same page you can switch on Bank transfer (EFT), so customers pay straight into your bank account and you mark each order paid when the money lands. There's nothing to connect for that, just your bank details. See Take payments by bank transfer (EFT).
Couriers
Connect The Courier Guy or PUDO so customers see a real delivery price for their own address at checkout, and you can book them and print waybills in Shipping. You use your own courier account, and the courier bills you directly.
Go to Settings → Delivery and click Add a courier. See Connect The Courier Guy or PUDO.
Other couriers in the list, like Bob Go, Pargo, DHL, Aramex and Fastway, show Soon and can't be connected yet.
Your own domain
Sell on a web address you own, like shop.yourbrand.com, instead of your free yourshop.shopeazy.co address. It's a paid add-on, available on every plan.
Go to Settings → Channels, then Manage storefront. See Connect your own domain.
Google and other search engines
Your shop has its own sitemap, and ShopEazy lists it in the public store directory so Google can find it. There's nothing to connect. You only need to keep the directory listing on and have at least one item for sale.
See Get your shop found on Google.
Social and chat link previews
When someone shares a product link on WhatsApp, Facebook or X, the preview card uses your item's name, photo and price. You can write your own search title, description and share image for each item.
See Control how your items look on Google and social media.
Things you might see that aren't open yet
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp row on your Channels page lets a business number sell inside the chat. It isn't open to every store yet. If you'd like to use it, email support@shopeazy.co.
- API: the API row on your Channels page is for developers building their own storefront. It isn't open for general use yet, so leave it Off unless ShopEazy has set it up with you.
Who can change connections
Only the business owner or a team member with admin access can change your domains or directory listing. If you get an error, ask the owner to make the change.
