Only if you allow more than one spot per slot. The slot is claimed the moment the order is placed.

Can customers choose a staff member?
Not yet. Each service has one diary for now.
Can a tour run over several days?
Yes. A multi-day tour holds every date it covers, and a second vehicle doubles the seats.
