Do I need a South African bank account?
Yes — you'll need a local bank account: your payment gateway pays your sales straight into it. ShopEazy works with Yoco, iKhokha and Peach Payments.
Are there any hidden transaction fees?
No. ShopEazy charges a platform fee on each sale based on your plan — 3.5% on Starter, 2.8% on Growth, 2.1% on Scale — billed monthly. On top of that you pay whatever your own payment gateway charges to process the card; that's their fee, set by them, and it goes to them. Nothing else.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes. Growth and Scale include your own .co.za or .com domain, and on Starter it's a R99 a month add-on. Every shop gets a free SSL certificate.
Can I add pages like FAQ or Our team?
Every plan includes a proper About page — your story, photos, your team and real customer reviews, built from ready-made blocks. Growth and Scale add up to 50 more pages from any template: FAQ, Our team, Size guide, Wholesale, Lookbook or a blank page.
Can I sell services and products in one shop?
Yes, on every plan. Products, bookings, event tickets and tours can all live in one shop. Plans differ in how many listings you have: 30 on Starter (or 130 with the R99 add-on), 150 on Growth and 1 000 on Scale.
