Connect Claude to your shop

Add ShopEazy to Claude once, then run your shop by typing what you need. Works on every Claude plan, Free included. About two minutes.

Add ShopEazy to Claude and you can ask it to add listings, send paid orders, book couriers or pull up your sales, in plain words. You set it up once.

Before you start

A Claude account. Adding your own connector works on every Claude plan. Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it for your organisation first, then you connect with your own account.
A ShopEazy account. Any plan, or your free trial.

Add ShopEazy to Claude

On shopeazy.co/ai-hustler, pick Claude and tap Add to Claude. Claude opens its add-connector window with the name and address already filled in.
Check the name says ShopEazy and the address is the one above, then tap Add.
Tap Connect. ShopEazy's sign-in opens.
Sign in to ShopEazy. If you run more than one business, pick the one Claude should work on.
Choose what Claude may do (see below), then tap Allow.

Claude moves its menus around now and then. If the button doesn't open the right place, look for Connectors in Claude's settings and add a custom connector with the address above.

Choose what Claude may do

You pick a starting point, then switch individual things on or off:

Just look: Claude can see your shop, listings, orders, customers and numbers, but can't change anything.
Day-to-day: adds listings, handling orders, bookings and messaging customers.
Everything: everything except the sensitive switches below.

A few things stay off until you switch each one on yourself: Refund orders, paying for your plan, add-ons and credits with your saved card, spending ShopEazy credits, and booking couriers. When you switch those on, you also set a monthly credit limit and the most a single courier booking may cost.

Check it worked

Start a new chat in Claude, switch ShopEazy on in the tools menu under the message box, and ask something that only reads, for example "How was this week?" If you get your real numbers back, you're connected.

Use it on your phone

Add ShopEazy once in a browser. Then ask from the Claude app on your phone, signed in to the same Claude account.

Change or switch it off

In ShopEazy, go to Settings, then AI apps. Each connection shows its name, what it can do, which stores, and Last used. Click Edit to change what it may do, or Disconnect to stop it straight away. You can also remove ShopEazy from Claude's connector settings.

Everything Claude does in your shop shows in your Activity log.

If something goes wrong

ShopEazy doesn't answer in my chat Switch it on for that chat in Claude's tools menu. If Claude asks you to connect again, do that: your ShopEazy sign-in may have run out.

I can't add another connector on Claude Free Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector. Remove one you don't use, or use a paid Claude plan.

It says it can't do something That switch is off for this connection. Go to Settings → AI apps → Edit and switch it on, or do it in the ShopEazy console.
