Connect ChatGPT to your shop

Add ShopEazy to a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace and run your shop by typing what you need. Which plans can, and the steps.

Add ShopEazy to ChatGPT and you can ask it to add listings, send paid orders, book couriers or pull up your sales, in plain words.

Which ChatGPT plans can add it

OpenAI only lets you add your own connector like ShopEazy on some plans:

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu: yes, on ChatGPT on the web. A workspace admin or owner adds it and publishes it for the workspace.
ChatGPT Pro: it can connect, but only to read. It can't change anything in your shop.
ChatGPT Free or Plus: not available.

On Free or Plus? Connect Claude instead: it works on every Claude plan, Free included.

Before you start

Admin or owner rights in your ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, or ask yours to do the first part.
A ShopEazy account. Any plan, or your free trial.

Add ShopEazy to ChatGPT

On shopeazy.co/ai-hustler, pick ChatGPT and tap Copy and open ChatGPT. We copy the address and open ChatGPT.
In ChatGPT, open Plugins, tap +, and choose to add a custom server.
Name it ShopEazy and paste the address. For authentication, choose OAuth.
Tick that you understand the risk, then create it.
ShopEazy's sign-in opens. Sign in, pick the business if you run more than one, choose what ChatGPT may do (see below), and tap Allow.

OpenAI changes these menus from time to time. If a step looks different, OpenAI's own help page on connecting custom servers has the current clicks.

Choose what ChatGPT may do

You pick a starting point, then switch individual things on or off:

Just look: see your shop, listings, orders, customers and numbers, without changing anything.
Day-to-day: adds listings, handling orders, bookings and messaging customers.
Everything: everything except the sensitive switches below.

These stay off until you switch each one on yourself: Refund orders, paying for your plan, add-ons and credits with your saved card, spending ShopEazy credits, and booking couriers. When you switch those on, you also set a monthly credit limit and the most a single courier booking may cost.

Check it worked

Start a new chat, type @ShopEazy and ask something that only reads, for example "How was this week?" If you get your real numbers back, you're connected.

Change or switch it off

In ShopEazy, go to Settings, then AI apps. Click Edit to change what it may do, or Disconnect to stop it straight away. Everything it does in your shop shows in your Activity log.

If something goes wrong

I don't see Plugins or a way to add a custom server Your plan doesn't allow it, or your workspace admin has switched it off. Ask your admin, or use Claude.

It can read but won't change anything On ChatGPT Pro it can only read. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, check what you allowed under Settings → AI apps → Edit in ShopEazy.

It asks me to sign in again Your ShopEazy sign-in ran out. Sign in again and tap Allow.
