Where is my SnapCode?
It’s the last part of your SnapScan QR link: pos.snapscan.io/qr/ followed by your code.
Why can’t I find my API key in the app?
SnapScan doesn’t show it in a dashboard. Email help@snapscan.co.za and they’ll send it.
What is the Secure QR key?
An extra key SnapScan turns on for some merchants. Only add it if SnapScan gave you one.
