Find your way around the console

The sidebar has two parts. The narrow strip on the far left holds your sections. Click one and its pages open beside it. The section you're in is shown in colour.

The sections

• Home: your Dashboard. Calendar shows here if you sell services, events or tours, and Inbox once your WhatsApp number is connected.
• Store: Orders, Customers, Discounts and Reviews. Shipping shows here if you sell products, and Members when only approved members can buy.
• Catalogue: what you sell (Products, Services, Events or Tours, depending on what's switched on), then Categories and Customisations.
• Grow: Marketing and AI Studio, with your Library under it.
• Insights: Overview, Sales, Products, Customers, Traffic, Reports and Money.
• Storefront, at the bottom of the strip: Design and Pages.
• Settings, at the bottom of the strip: your store settings, like Payments, Delivery and Channels, and your business pages, like Team and Plan & billing.

Some pages sit under the one they belong to, because you use them every day: Abandoned carts under Orders, Inventory under Products, Requests under Services, Door scanner under Events and Departures under Tours.

The numbers

A number beside a page shows what's waiting for you:

• Orders: paid orders you still need to send or hand over.
• Shipping: orders waiting to be sent. These are already in the Orders number, so they aren't added to the section's total again.
• Requests: booking requests to answer.
• Members: applications to review.
• Inbox: WhatsApp chats waiting on a reply.

The section's icon shows the total, so you can see something is waiting from anywhere in the console. Click a number to see just those items. It goes down as soon as you deal with one.

Find anything fast

Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows, or tap Search at the top on your phone. Type the name of a page, a product or a customer, or an order number.

On your phone

Tap the sidebar button at the top left to open the sidebar. It closes again when you pick a page.

Troubleshooting

A section or page is missing. Catalogue only shows once you sell something, and each kind appears when it's switched on under Settings → What you sell. Calendar needs services, events or tours. Inbox needs a connected WhatsApp number. Members needs Only approved members can buy switched on under Settings → Membership.

I can't find a page I used before. Nothing was removed when the sidebar changed in September 2026. Press ⌘K or Ctrl K (or tap Search) and type its name.
